We are regulated by the CQC and as such need to comply with the legislation and promote the outcomes in five key areas relating to the Fundamental standards. The key areas include Involvement; Personal Care; Safety; Management; Staffing and Quality and we have taken account of these outcomes for our Service Users within our overall aims and objectives for our care at home service.
