"Corner Lodge has been using services of SRP-Healthcare for some time now. All Care Assistants from SRP-Healthcare who are coming to work in Corner Lodge prove a high standard of their care skills and a good knowledge on day-to-day basis whilst working in our care home. They all work well under pressure on their own and as a part of our team. They are polite, kind, friendly and our residents and staff like them.
Care Assistants from SRP-Healthcare have got good written and verbal communication skills and they do not hesitate to communicate with those who are involved in our residents’ care effective way which has a positive impact on the standard of care provided by Corner Lodge. I have worked alongside this company since July 2018 after moving my son from his then existing provider & property after raising 2 safeguards.

"I have used SRP for over 5yrs in a previous care home, they have always provided a first-class professional service, from the Directors down to the care staff. SRP ensure that all of their staff have up to date appropriate training to enable them to do their job. All staff are very polite and offer person centred care to the residents. SRP have been able to cover shifts at short notice, which is so important to ensure residents are safe, the staff always arrive on time and wear the appropriate uniform. It is important that regular staff have covered the shifts so that continuity of care is paramount.
I have not been in position where I need to use agency staff at my current home, but if I did, I would not hesitate in contacting SRP to cover the shifts"
