I joined SRP Healthcare last February as an apprentice, I was made to feel so welcome and part of the team from the very start. I started to do the compliance which I had never done before, but with the best guidance and support given from both the Directors and team; I was able to learn and demonstrate new skills in a short amount of time. I went onto having the responsibility of making all new starters compliant, renewing DBS’S and refreshing our 16 mandatory trainings annually for all our active staff and checking on going files. 

I am just about to finish my NVQ Level 2 business apprenticeship and feel very fortunate that I was given this opportunity. I had 100% support from both the directors at all times and very soon I was promoted to Compliance Officer, which I am proud to say I now deal with all the branches compliance and make sure all of the files are up to date; meaning all of my audits are 100%. 

SRP Healthcare is growing rapidly and It is great to be part of the team.
